Clinician and advocate of appropriate nutritional support of the  acute care,
long term care and home bound patient for over 30 years.   Our Board Certified Support Pharmacist: J. Baxter Brown; PharmD, BCNSP has over 35 years’ experience in nutritional support spanning over three decades. He is involved directly with nutritional assessments, TPN development, and adjustments.

Pharmacy background is varied but I have focused much of my career addressing the needs of the non-volitionally fed patients patients in the acute, home and long-term care settings.  The primary role I have in the triad is to function as the Nutritional Support Clinician when requested by the attending physician and/or provide related support otherwise.  Other roles include assisting with sales and marketing, billing/collections and project development.

Some portions of my background include ownership of all or part of three home infusion pharmacies, National Director of Home Care for a Fortune 1000 company, Regional Clinical Coordinator for over 20 hospital-based home infusion services in the Southeast US and as founder and CEO of a US-Style Homecare company in Guadalajara and Mexico City, Mexico.
